Bionic Builders
« on: September 25, 2012, 09:45:05 PM »
I watched a programme today called 'Bionic Builders'. Two fellas, an amputee and a inventor, create somewhat bizarre limbs for amputees. The programme I watched tonight they built an arm that could punch through a wall for a arm amputee karate instructor and they also built a motorized leg for a below knee amputee that would propel him underwater while diving.

It was good to see amps on the telly and it was interesting but I don't know if I would actually use the things they made! I'll have to think of a leg for them to make for me...

Video advertisement for the show.
Where ever I go, I'll always have one foot in Ireland   /   I'm not a complete fool. Some parts are missing.

Sounds like a cool show. But I agree not sure how heavy they would be or to I want to be karated by someone with a lethal arm😊
