Nice job! Did you fabricate that all yourself? How does it ride?

Donor swingarm and rear sprocket sent to Trinity Trike in Hudson, Florida. There they pre-assembled trike kit and ship completed unit to Victoria, BC Canada. Fenders and rear brakes included in kit. Rear fenders and fiberglass saddlebags went out for paint to match gas tank. Installed Kliktronic shifter to allow me to shift without using my left foot. Both front and rear brakes run of stock Master Cylinder and brakes are applied using right side hand brake lever. Brakes are working very well and no proportioning valve was needed. I did very little work on it myself as I'm not mechanically inclined. Kit and add ons were installed at Phoenix Cycle here in Victoria, a Harley specific motorcycle shop. There were delays as the gentleman who started the build passed away July 31 from pnemonia at age 58. New technician hired at Phoenix completed the trike and I'm on the road!

Bikes are never really finished, you just have to triage what gets swapped out and when!

Yes Steve, I only ride it inside.? Pics were taken right after trike build was competed. I rode it today actually and I'm a new rider and I'm receiving instruction from Vancouver Island Safety Council, a motorcycle training outfit. I'm restricted to dawn to dusk riding, no greater than 60 kph, and accompanied until I pass my next test which removes the speed and "accompanied" restriction on my learners licence. I rode for the first time this past Monday, in the rain, and I'm apparently doing very well at it! (I have cheated a bit and had it up to 65 kph on Monday) It's a little scary as all new things can be, but I can't get the smile off my face!

Good for you David. It is easy to get going too fast. Be careful. I lost my leg as have many others riding a sportster.  I get my speed thrills on snowmobiles and horses now. Have fun.Herb
