Folding crutches/Traveling crutches
« on: September 27, 2008, 08:23:40 AM »
I was thinking of buying a pair of folding crutches, we travel allot by car and the crutches that fold sound intresting. I have looked at them in the drug stores. But leery. are they safe or will they colasp when I walk ion them? has anyone used them? and do you like them? The would be convenient and could fit in my suitcase. Just wondering if anyone has them and who do you like them?

I saw a pair of folding crutches at the local drug store for only $32.OO cheaper than the ones in the In Motion magazine. I have a regular pair now that are purple. My husband spray painted them for me. :)

Snowbear,  Thanks, I like that saying too.  I keep it to remind me that at least I can still walk!  Your husband spray painted your crutches, were they wooden ones or some other material?  annieg
